The Dream House Tour.....

I know I've been slacking on the house tour, but a girl can only do so much! If you missed the first stop on the tour (the half bathroom) you can go here. Today I'm taking to the kitchen.....I think we've improved this space 100 times over! There are still some things on my checklist like: countertops (I'm thinking darker gray, farmhouse sink (stainless) , faucet (black), some kind of brick looking backsplash, barstools, lighting, and a microwave that matches all my other appliances. Although it may sound like I have a lot on my list, I'm perfectly content with the progress we've made thus far. All of the other things will happen in future years, or when we strike a bargain I can't refuse! Enough babbling: Here are the "Before & After" shots of the kitchen.      THE BEFORE:

The Dream House Tour.....

I thought it was about time to give you all a little peak into what the house is looking like now a days. I'm starting this tour with the first space I decorated...the HALF BATH. (I know you giggling and shaking your head but it was the easiest space to start. Give a girl a break.....My goal is start in one space and try to "finish it" (is it ever really finished?) before moving onto the next one.

Things I didn't care to keep: flooring, vanity hardware, the medicine cabinet

Valance curtains were added, instead of mini blinds 

 This is a shot with your back to the sink. Again the wallpaper and the towel holder need to go!
