This past weekend Lance got to participate in the Awana Grand Prix for the very first time!! He was so excited to design, paint, and then show off his car to anyone he could find....smile. Here are some pictures from this past weekend.
I believe there were 40 entries in the race this year.
Here is Lance's creation "The General Lee"...next pics are some other cool creations!

Awesome job Lance! Looks like fun.
I remember doing that! I LOVED the grand prix, it was always so much fun. I was never good at the racing though... had too much fun in the design category.
His car looks great for his first time! I'm sure he'll have more fun each year as he designs new ones!
