I have a bread machine that I rarely use because I have not been happy with the results. Maybe I am not using the right recipes!

I don't currently have a bread machine, but I make buns by hand (and sometimes make them into bread instead...)

I have to admit that making bread is on my "to do in the New Year" list. We currently just use our bread maker for pizza dough (and I've never tried my hand at making dough by hand!). Looking forward to learning a new skill!

I LOVE fresh bread!!! I was making pizza dough in the bread machine for a while but got out of the habit. I would love a book to inspire me again!
