Just for the JOY of it!

This week I am so JOYFUL for the following.......

Yep! It may seem crazy to some but JOYFUL TO ME...my laundry is all done...all folded...and with a family of SIX  bodies in this house that shed clothes, these moments really don't last long...only until everyone gets undressed and ready for bed and them POOF.....More laundry to do...smile....So I cherish the short lived moments when I am caught up!! Kinda makes me feel like SUPER MOM....until someone bursts my bubble and brings me back to reality...ahem..

You can't tell me this is not a pretty picture.....Sometimes it is the little things in life and the little things in life that bring up so much JOY!!!

So that's it for me this week....if you want to see what is bringing others JOY go visit Sharon @ Good True and Beautiful!!!

Oh we are a family of seven...granted we only have four of us at home and they mostly do their own laundry. I remember the days of endless laundry! What a joy it is to be caught up...enjoy it...it won't last.
And...I hate to say it but try to find a little joy in the days you are not caught up also...they will not last either. One day you will be doing laundry for only one or two and you will miss those big piles.

want to come over to my house? I have some serious folding to do! I know, I know, time to tackle that mountain!

Good for you! Glad you captured that moment on film!

That picture would make me do a happy dance for sure! It is on my agenda to tackle my laundry room this weekend.

Great blog, I'm a follower now.

Hooray! I would be joyous if my laundry baskets looked like that... :)

I'm joyful when I get down to ONE basket! THe other day, my husband said, "Where should I put the dirties since the baskets are gone and the pile in the bathroom floor has kind of, well, covered the floor?" I said, "Gee, the laundry room? Might be a good spot." Then I closed the laptop and tackled 4 loads in a night. He helped fold.

Oh so jealous! :) I have a mountain of laundry to fold today. I plan to do it while watching some chick flick though so I guess I shouldn't complain! :) Visiting from "just for the joy of it" link.

I would definitely be doing a little dance of joy over that! Just three of us here and I cannot seem to ever accomplish that!

It's the little things, right? I have four kids, too, and it's amazing how fast those baskets fill up. My mom keeps telling me I'll miss all the laundry someday, but I'm not so sure. Definitely do a dance. It will crack your kids up!

I TOTALLY hear you on this one! It feels so good to look at an empty laundry basket! Mainly because it doesn't last long. I feel the same way about my kitchen sink!
